This the first time I witnessed how Kuwaitis celebrate Hala February. The city organizes a long-month celebration in February. I was lucky to be able to see such beautiful event where expats can appreciate Kuwaits culture and traditions. The annual event brings more fun, cultural events, film viewing shopping and many more activities. February coincides with both Kuwait’s National and Liberation Days.
